The plunge-cut type valve finisher features two types of reamer holding mechanisms: "NLC (Nut Less Collet)" and "Side Lock." The NLC type eliminates the need for a clamping nut required in conventional collet chucks, allowing for a slimmer holder body that avoids interference with the workpiece, resulting in improved access to the machining area and the ability to minimize the reamer's protrusion length. Additionally, it allows for adjustment of reamer runout, ensuring stable machining accuracy for valve guide holes.
