The HI-1592 is a radiation-hardened hermetic package MIL-STD-1553 dual transceiver designed for high-reliability MIL-STD-1553 applications (such as rockets, high-altitude aircraft, and space). - Total Ionizing Dose (TID) > 100krads(Si) - Latch-up resistance: 67.7MeV-cm²/mg - Compliant with MIL-PRF-38535/QML CLASS Q It has specifications that provide resistance to single event transients (SET), single event functional interrupts (SEFI), single event latch-up (SEL), and single event burnout (SEB). This device also features digital I/O compatible with 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V, facilitating easier interfacing with a wider range of FPGAs and controllers.
