Here is a case study of the delivery of the "Dried Scallop Meat Drying Machine." The conventional drying method involved high-temperature drying with gas hot air, repeating the drying process several times a day. This led to issues with labor, unstable drying processes due to weather conditions when using sun drying, and increased work hours. This device, which utilizes far-infrared rays, repeatedly dries the moisture content of scallop meat from about 62% at the initial stage to 16% in the final product (steaming), completing the process in about 15 to 20 days without being affected by the weather, until a high-quality grade is achieved.
