"Mitarepo" is a series that introduces what can be done using various products with the concept of "I tried doing this!" From the wide range of product categories handled by System Create, we deliver useful information each time. We have started handling "SETFIL" as a new carbon fiber material that can be used with the carbon composite 3D printer "Anisoprint Composer." You may be curious about what kind of material it is, but what you probably want to know the most is "how much the strength is improved," right? Therefore, this time, we conducted "tensile tests," "bending tests," and "Charpy impact tests" to check the strength of models created using this "SETFIL." Additionally, to investigate how much difference there is in strength compared to models without carbon, we also conducted similar tests on specimens without carbon.
