Since everything is designed in-house, we can also propose custom shapes tailored to your company's processes!
The "SX-1100" is a product that measures the weight (basis weight) of materials non-contact by converting the X-ray transmission attenuation into an electrical signal. It uses a highly sensitive scintillation detector and a compact, stable X-ray generation unit, enabling high-precision weight (basis weight) measurement. Additionally, since the weight is calculated based on the transmission attenuation in the workpiece, the effects of vibrations during workpiece transport can be virtually ignored. 【Features】 ■ High precision for a wide range of measurement targets ■ Balances safety and high precision ■ Stable measurements compared to other methods ■ Clear measurement up to the edges with a small spot diameter ■ Compact X-ray source and detector *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

We manufacture devices that utilize radiation detection technology to measure thickness, weight, level, density, and other parameters using weak radiation sources. We have received certification as "display-certified equipment" from the Nuclear Regulation Authority, allowing us to use the equipment without qualified personnel or restricted areas. [History] October 2006: Received certification as "display-certified equipment" for gamma-ray density and level meters. September 2007: Received accreditation for the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and Venture Challenge Support Project. May 2008: The TL2000 thermal luminescence measurement device was adopted by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare for detecting irradiated food. 2016: Obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification.
