[Case Study] Uncertainty about the effectiveness of the new service's UI.

By repeatedly validating with users and creating the UI, we elevate it to a user-friendly interface!

We would like to introduce a case study where we conducted UI production to user testing (prototyping) for a new service. In creating the UI for the new service, we wanted to adjust the UI while verifying user usability and our assumptions, but we received inquiries about not knowing how to proceed with the project.
