The length of the tape was 40mm, so we set the "Correct Dimension Value" to 40 in the "Dimension Conversion Value Setting." We set the "X Direction" in the "Pass/Fail Judgment and Acceptance Range" to 38<42. The tolerance can be set here. This means that if the length is detected as 38mm or less, or 42mm or more, it will be judged as a failure. We set the "Edge Detection Sensitivity" to 50 and the "Sharpness of Target Edge" to 04. By making fine adjustments here, we can perform the inspection.
