Features of UV-CCL 1. Strong against power ON/OFF and long lifespan Due to the absence of emitter coating, there is almost no degradation in lifespan from repeated ON/OFF cycles. 2. Various shapes and sizes Conventional sterilization light sources have challenges such as inflexibility in shape and size. UV-CCL uses specialized glass from Nippon Electric Glass (NEG) and can be bent at low temperatures of 700 degrees. This allows for compact designs, enabling the selection of light sources suitable for various applications and locations. 3. Energy concentration Bending processing concentrates energy and efficiently irradiates ultraviolet light. Compared to CCL in straight tube form, it achieves an increase in ultraviolet intensity.
