At the bagel specialty store "MARUICHI BAGEL," located in Shimbashi, Tokyo, we have adopted the non-fluorinated oil-resistant paper "O-hajiki" for sandwich wrapping. "O-hajiki" achieves oil resistance using only paper materials and does not use PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances), which raise concerns about environmental and health impacts.
