Variation of spring constant within ±1%! A case that achieved high precision characteristics required for advanced research equipment applications.
We would like to introduce a case in which we received an inquiry about disc springs from the RIKEN Institute. There was a challenge to reduce the distance between magnetic blocks that generate strong suction, in order to enhance the magnetic force applied to the electron beam and further improve laser output. To achieve this, a disc spring with extremely high precision load characteristics was necessary.
