We would like to introduce a case of heat-resistant disc springs adopted in research and development semiconductor-related equipment. The customer was looking for springs that could generate high loads in a small space under conditions exceeding 350°C for a prototype project related to semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Based on the load characteristics required by the customer and the conditions of the space where the springs could be installed, we considered the size and shape and proposed specifications.
