This is an inquiry from a manufacturer that has been using our services for some time, regarding the settings for character recognition. If detection and judgment are successful during the simple evaluation, we recommend conducting a "Feasibility Verification" test, which simulates actual operations to evaluate processing time and judgment accuracy. Additionally, we offer demo units for free, allowing customers to physically interact with the inspection software and experience it firsthand. We also provide daily support for inquiries regarding challenging imaging environments that directly affect accuracy, such as "fine defects," "glossy workpieces," and "black parts on a black background." [Inspection Settings and Results] The reason the third frame number of EasyInspector was not being read correctly was due to the position of the frame. I provided guidance via email to adjust the reading frame based on the reference image. Additionally, due to the image being somewhat dark, when the decimal point digit count was set to "automatic," it sometimes detected a decimal point from an empty area. In this case, I explained that unchecking "automatic" and setting the digit count to 0 would resolve the issue.
