By using filters for the removal of residual yeast and bacteria, we provide microbial stabilization that eliminates the need for heat treatment. Donaldson's process cartridge filters are available for beer filtration and low-temperature stabilization. *Low-temperature stabilization: Instead of low-temperature pasteurization, sterilizing filtration is performed to remove microorganisms that cause spoilage.* We offer a range of sizes with flow capacities from small flows up to approximately 2400 Ltr/H. Therefore, they can be used with tanks currently in operation (ranging from a few hundred liters to 4000 liters). With a simple combination of filters, we enable the adjustment of beer.
