Superheated steam cleaning and degreasing system for cutting powder briquettes.
We provide "quality improvement" and "safe melting" of briquettes for users struggling with briquette recycling.
■Equipment Features - High-performance briquette machine (Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corporation / RUF): By adopting a two-stage compression method (pre-charger and main cylinder) for continuous briquette production, it achieves "consistently high density" and "uniform length size" regardless of the properties of the raw material (sawdust), enabling quantitative transport and stable processing. - Safe processing and safe melting: The briquette cleaning and degreasing system using superheated steam safely cleans and degreases without igniting the "residual oil" contained in the briquettes in a mesh belt oven. Additionally, during melting, flame generation is minimized, allowing for safe melting processing. - Oxidation suppression effect (improvement of melting yield): Treatment under an extremely low oxygen atmosphere provides oxidation suppression and reduction of residual carbon, which is expected to improve the quality of the treated material (improvement of yield during melting is anticipated). ■Equipment Overview This is a highly safe cleaning system that integrates the "high-performance briquette device" and "superheated steam cleaning system." A complete line from the granulation process (briquetting) to the cleaning process can be proposed.

"An Innovator in Thermal Technology Supporting Society with the Power of Heat" Tanabe has developed "thermal technology" over the course of a century since its founding. This thermal technology has been applied and utilized in various forms to meet the needs of the times. How to reduce waste, how to reuse limited resources, and how to reduce greenhouse gases. Tanabe, the "innovator in thermal technology," takes on the challenges of the era with thermal technology. "A Century of Pursuing Thermal Technology" Tanabe's history began with the maintenance of electric furnaces owned by local companies. In 1957, it manufactured and delivered its first electric furnace, transforming into a manufacturer of electric furnaces for the steel industry. Since then, it has provided a wide range of industrial furnaces, including various melting furnaces, rotary kilns, and oven furnaces, targeting diverse industries.
