Leveraging the knowledge we have accumulated over many years in conformal coatings, we have developed a VOC-free "solvent-free UV-curable conformal coating." This coating cures instantly under UV light, significantly reducing production time. Being solvent-free also contributes to VOC measures within the factory. By changing the thermal drying process to a UV curing process, we greatly contribute to the reduction of fossil fuel usage and carbon dioxide emissions. Additionally, it is more resistant to temperature changes and has superior long-term durability compared to traditional coatings for automotive electronics (organic solvent-based), and it complies with international standards (IPC-CC-830).
