We have developed a "solvent-free UV-curable conformal coating" that "protects" electronic circuit boards from water, humidity, and corrosive gases. It cures instantly with UV light, significantly reducing production man-hours. Being solvent-free also contributes to VOC measures within the factory. It demonstrates its effectiveness as a countermeasure against equipment failures in harsh environments or near the sea. Abroad, there is a growing demand for UV-curable coatings due to the reduction of organic solvent use from an environmental perspective. Additionally, it is more resistant to temperature changes and has superior long-term durability compared to conventional coatings for automotive electronics, meeting international standards (IPC-CC-830).
