basic information
The tabletop dispensing device enables fully automated experiments. It is an auto patch clamp system capable of continuous measurement of up to 48 cells. This tabletop-sized auto patch clamp system can simultaneously measure up to 8 cells that have formed gigaohm seals. With easy experimental setup, stable whole-cell recordings, and sophisticated software, it achieves highly efficient ion channel screening for compounds. ■ Equipped with a dispensing device, allowing fully automated experiments (measurements) ■ Simultaneous measurement of 4 or 8 cells (continuous measurement of up to 48 cells) ■ 250 to 600 data points per day ■ Automation of gigaohm seal formation and whole-cell formation ■ Compatible with voltage-dependent and ligand-dependent channels ■ Measurement of action potentials using current clamp is also possible ■ Dynamic clamp capability (optional) ■ Temperature control and extracellular/intracellular perfusion possible ■ Cooling plate allows for cooling of cells and compounds ■ Borosilicate glass chips reduce compound adsorption ■ Comes with excellent analysis software
