Case Study of Software PBX Implementation at Sharure Inc. Triggered by the relocation plan of the headquarters, which involves over 200 employees, a software PBX was implemented. Within the determined schedule to ensure that there would be no disruption to product production processes or customer inquiries, how were the challenges that arose during the headquarters relocation addressed? ■Effects of Implementation■ 1. Reduction of Operating Costs By reducing the number of external phone numbers from approximately 140 lines to one-third, we contributed to the reduction of operating costs. 2.
