DAIKO XTECH (formerly: Daiko Electronic Communication) has introduced a new telephone system that integrates the telephony solution "Fujitsu Software PBX" with the cloud service "FJcloud-V." This allows for the ability to make and receive calls on the main number and internal calls, whether in the office or working remotely, thereby promoting work style reform and improving operational efficiency. ■Effects of Implementation 1. Approximately 600 fixed phones have been reduced, allowing employees to make calls using smartphones or PC softphones. 2.
