Avoid risks in advance with the transportation engineering schedule! Proposing appropriate measures according to the season.
We would like to introduce a case study that addresses the challenge of clarifying the risk of temperature deviations (spikes) for pharmaceutical manufacturer F and implementing countermeasures in advance. The company planned regular exports of temperature-sensitive formulations to Chicago. Since the management temperature for the formulations was room temperature (1 to 30°C), they initially believed there would be no temperature deviations during transport. However, they lacked the know-how to confirm whether there were any risks of temperature deviations end-to-end, which led them to consult us. We organized detailed information on each step of the end-to-end process into a "transport process chart" for visualization. This transport process chart allowed us to identify risks that would have otherwise gone unnoticed and take appropriate measures. [Case Overview] ■ Challenge: To clarify the risk of temperature deviations (spikes) in advance and implement countermeasures ■ Our Solution - Visualization of risks and proposal of countermeasures through the transport process chart - Proactive avoidance of risks *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
