"Skill Check Test" Utilization Examples [Visualization of Training Effectiveness Using Skill Check Tests and Comparative Reports with Other Companies] Customer Feedback: In addition to the request to measure the effectiveness of training, there was a desire to understand the skills that need to be prioritized for acquisition in future new business strategies. We proposed including data from test-takers belonging to competing companies and similar industries in the effectiveness measurement report after the training. This comparative analysis allowed the company to objectively grasp its position based on skill levels and develop a more refined human resource development plan, which received positive feedback. [Class-Based Training by Skill Level Achieved Through Pre-Skill Diagnosis] Customer Feedback: There was a request to teach new employees the basic Office skills necessary for their work, but it was anticipated that there would be variability in skill levels prior to joining, making it difficult to establish a concrete training plan. We proposed class-based training based on a pre-skill diagnosis.
