[Manga Production Case Study] Understand with Manga! COMPASS COMIC

To promote understanding of the medium-term management plan "Act For SMILE -COMPASS 2023-" at Earth Chemical Co., Ltd., we created the "COMPASS COMIC," which presents the key points of the plan in a story format as a comic. By simplifying the medium-term management plan into easy-to-understand language and presenting it in a friendly comic format, we aim to enhance understanding of the plan's content. The story is crafted around daily workplace themes to help employees visualize specific actions they can take. As a result, employees have commented that "it's easier to understand than reading text, and it deepened my understanding of the plan," and "it helped me reaffirm the direction of what the company and I should do, making me feel motivated to do my best starting tomorrow."
