A plug-and-play system with a maximum horizontal operating range of 10 meters, which helps improve the productivity of various robotic functions. 【Features】 ■ Safety stop through dual contact detection (1) Paddle stop function - Safety stop of 7-axis and UR robots upon contact with paddles (with built-in load cells) mounted on both sides of the carriage (in the direction of travel). - The contact force that activates the paddle stop is detected by the load cell at 13N for a safe stop. - The contact of the load cell is monitored by Kormogen's AKD2G drive. (2) Collision detection function - Applicable to any part other than the paddle section. - Similar to the robot mounted above, customers can set sensitivity levels using URCap (for Universal Robots only). - Activated by a combination of the servo motor's current limit and the position error within the absolute encoder. - Contact varies based on sensitivity settings, speed settings, robot weight, and contact points of the robot. ■ Programming with free drive Waypoints can be set while manually moving the slider. ■ Durability It maintains high moment load and rigidity even when the robotic arm is fully extended.
