No welding work is required, allowing for the shaping of metal curved surfaces. Contributes to the reduction of man-hours, costs, material waste, and CO2 emissions.
Our company performs metal curved surface forming using the "Craft Former (sheet metal sequential forming machine)," which allows for curved processing without the use of fuel through cold processing. Since welding work and dedicated molds are not required, it is possible to reduce labor and costs. We can also accommodate prototypes and small lot production, achieving short delivery times. Additionally, because no fuel is used, carbon dioxide emissions are minimized, contributing to the reduction of environmental impact. 【Features】 ■ No cutting process, which helps minimize material loss ■ Capable of reproducing architectural materials and objects with smooth curves in metal ■ Over 50 years of experience in manufacturing leading structures and internal components for the Shinkansen, which serve as its "face" *For more details, please refer to the materials. This is a sheet metal processing company that was established the year before the Tōkaidō Shinkansen began operations to manufacture the streamlined front body (the part referred to as the "face"). As a certified partner factory of Hitachi, Ltd., we produce not only the front body but also sheet metal parts for the driver's cabin and control panel. We have a manufacturing track record of over 400 vehicles across 25 models, from the 0 series to the latest E8 series of Shinkansen. Our craftsmanship, which allows us to create various single items and small production parts composed of three-dimensional curved surfaces without the use of press molds, has been recognized (Japan Monozukuri Award, Regional Future Leading Company). We are expanding the applications of our Shinkansen parts manufacturing technology, particularly into new fields and products such as architectural sheet metal with three-dimensional curved surfaces and industrial machinery and equipment. We accommodate the transition from hand-drawn sketches to two-dimensional and three-dimensional CAD data, as well as miniature modeling with 3D printers and prototypes. We have obtained the SBT certification for small and medium-sized enterprises and the Yamaguchi Renewable Energy Power Utilization Business Certification (100% renewable energy rate). We are an investment recipient of the Osaka Small and Medium Enterprise Investment Development Company (government-affiliated VC). Utilizing techniques for three-dimensional curved surface shaping with stamping sheet metal and forming processing machines, as well as aluminum and stainless steel welding, we aim to be a sheet metal processing company that stands in society.
