basic information
■ UV/Vis Detector Achieves a wide measurement range with low noise and high sensitivity. Offers a variety of cell options including microbore, semi-prep, and inert. ■ Photodiode Array Detector Allows simultaneous measurement of 2D and 3D data. Various cell options are available to accommodate fractionation systems and more. ■ Fluorescence (FLR) Detector In addition to a dual-wavelength monitor that can be set for excitation and fluorescence, various measurement modes such as 3D scanning are available. ■ Differential Refractive Index (RI) Detector Utilizes a counterflow heat exchanger to quickly balance the temperature difference between the detector cell and mobile phase, ensuring a stable baseline. ■ Evaporative Light Scattering (ELS) Detector Capable of detecting compounds with no UV absorption and components that are difficult to ionize for MS measurement. Also supports gradient analysis. ■ Electrical Conductivity Detector Provides high sensitivity and stable performance. Reduces baseline drift through precise temperature control of the flow cell and an auto-zero function. ■ Electrochemical Detector Enables high selectivity and sensitivity analysis of various compounds such as catecholamines, aminoglycosides, carbohydrates, neurotransmitters, phenols, and thiols.
