It features two channels of four-terminal measurement, allowing a single unit to incorporate the functionality of two benchtop measuring instruments into a Windows PC, contributing to the miniaturization and cost reduction of electronic component inspection systems. In recent years, the demand for multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs) has increased against the backdrop of the proliferation of smart devices such as smartphones and the electrification of mobility, including automobiles.
