Bearing material with free graphite powder dispersed in pearlite-structured iron-based material!
The "FCS-20G" is an oil-impregnated bearing material that disperses graphite powder with an average particle size of 40μm, enhancing seizure resistance and lubricity. Through special sintering, the iron structure is transformed from ferrite to pearlite, increasing the surface hardness of the iron and improving wear resistance, making it suitable for high-load applications (low speed, oscillation, high load) with a PV value of 150 MPa·m/min or more. It is suitable for motors in general high-load conditions, such as motors for seat slides in vehicles and power window motors. 【Features】 ■ Bearing material for high-load applications ■ Improved seizure resistance and lubricity ■ Increased surface hardness of iron for enhanced wear resistance ■ Usable in high-load applications with a PV value of 150 MPa·m/min or more *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Heiwa Sangyo Co., Ltd. has been manufacturing and selling oil-impregnated bearings for micro motors (trademark name: Peace Ron) and sintered mechanical parts since its establishment in 1961. Peace Ron is used in various devices around our daily lives. The manufacturing method of Peace Ron, which is powder metallurgy technology, involves compressing and injection molding metal powder, then sintering it in a high-temperature furnace. This technique minimizes waste in materials and supports the development of a sustainable society.
