We would like to introduce a case study created in a documentary style at a foreign-affiliated medical-related manufacturer. As we advance towards an agile/task force organizational structure, we established a series section to introduce task force project examples called "Good Job," allowing employees to have a clear image of actions. The implementation environment was Google Sites, and we handled everything from planning and structuring to interviews, manuscript creation, and site production.
