Yamakyu Co., Ltd. Yokohama Branch, Yokohama Logistics Center is an environmentally friendly logistics facility with a net primary energy consumption of zero. The office area consists of four floors, with two elevators for moving between floors. The warehouse area also has four floors, operating with one freight elevator and four vertical conveyors. To achieve the goal of reducing primary energy consumption, we implement "the adoption of high-efficiency equipment" and "improvements in external insulation performance." Additionally, it is adjacent to the quay, allowing for safe and low-cost operations for large cargo from cargo ships.
