Generally considered difficult, the cleaning of hot runners in resin molding machines can be easily performed in the same way as the material resin!
Thanks to advanced formulation technology, we achieve high cleaning power that effectively removes dirt. Here, we introduce examples of the use of 'Asaclean'. Cleaning the hot runner of an injection molding machine is considered difficult or even impossible. With our HR grade product, it is possible to efficiently remove foreign substances inside the hot runner and change colors and materials. Furthermore, it is non-adhesive to metals, eliminating concerns about residues. 【Customer Feedback】 ■ We struggled with cleaning the hot runner, but using Asaclean's low-residue grade resolved our defects. ■ The color change performance during molding purging with the "HR grade" is quite high, significantly improving color change efficiency. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Asaclean has been supported by many customers as a pioneer of cleaning agents (purging agents) for molding machines since its launch in 1990, and today it has established its position as a top global brand, being used in over 75 countries and regions worldwide. Initially, it was a product designed for efficiently performing color and resin changes in plastic molding machines in small quantities and short periods. However, through subsequent grade development, it has become possible to achieve a wide range of effects, from the removal of resin degradation (burns, black spots, etc.) to prevention, and it is also utilized to reduce the defect rate of molded products. In 2008, we introduced the high-performance grade IMX, which has a completely different design concept from the conventional Asaclean, contributing to further reductions in foreign matter defect rates and the efficiency of molding machine maintenance. In the future, we will continue to provide products that further contribute to "reducing losses and improving efficiency in molding sites = cost reduction."
