Cleaning agent for molding machines (purging agent) "Asaclean" usage example: Extrusion blow molding
Contributes to the reduction of various manufacturing costs, including electricity bills and waste disposal, in addition to reducing the time and resin amount for material and color changes in extrusion blow molding!
We would like to introduce a case study on the use of "Asacrin," which significantly improves efficiency. In the field of extrusion blow molding, it is essential to minimize unnecessary resin and downtime as much as possible. In such situations, it is often necessary to accommodate small lots of various products, which requires frequent material and color changes. With our product, such resin changes can be performed efficiently, quickly, and at a low cost. [Customer Feedback] ■ Previously, we used crushed materials and wasted an entire day flushing out the previous material during a color change from black to white. After testing 20kg of Asacrin "Upgrade," we completed the color change in just one hour, leading to significant reductions in waste and time. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Asaclean has been supported by many customers as a pioneer of cleaning agents (purging agents) for molding machines since its launch in 1990, and today it has established its position as a top global brand, being used in over 75 countries and regions worldwide. Initially, it was a product designed for efficiently performing color and resin changes in plastic molding machines in small quantities and short periods. However, through subsequent grade development, it has become possible to achieve a wide range of effects, from the removal of resin degradation (burns, black spots, etc.) to prevention, and it is also utilized to reduce the defect rate of molded products. In 2008, we introduced the high-performance grade IMX, which has a completely different design concept from the conventional Asaclean, contributing to further reductions in foreign matter defect rates and the efficiency of molding machine maintenance. In the future, we will continue to provide products that further contribute to "reducing losses and improving efficiency in molding sites = cost reduction."
