Cleaning agent for molding machines (purging agent) "Asaclean" usage example: injection molding
A cleaning agent that offers significant benefits for customers using injection molding machines with frequent color changes and complex structures!
We would like to introduce examples of the use of 'Asaclean,' which utilizes resin solubilization technology to achieve high cleaning power. In the injection molding field, where frequent resin and color changes occur, issues such as time-consuming material changes, contamination with black specks, and molding defects due to color mixing are common. Additionally, resin can remain in small areas such as nozzles and backflow prevention rings. Our product addresses these injection molding issues. 【Customer Feedback】 ■ We have standardized cleaning with Asaclean "U Grade," and there are no issues with foreign matter defects. ■ The removal of carbonized foreign matter is strongest with Asaclean "new EX Grade." ■ Due to frequent changes in molding resins, we find Asaclean "U Grade" very useful. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Asaclean has been supported by many customers as a pioneer of cleaning agents (purging agents) for molding machines since its launch in 1990, and today it has established its position as a top global brand, being used in over 75 countries and regions worldwide. Initially, it was a product designed for efficiently performing color and resin changes in plastic molding machines in small quantities and short periods. However, through subsequent grade development, it has become possible to achieve a wide range of effects, from the removal of resin degradation (burns, black spots, etc.) to prevention, and it is also utilized to reduce the defect rate of molded products. In 2008, we introduced the high-performance grade IMX, which has a completely different design concept from the conventional Asaclean, contributing to further reductions in foreign matter defect rates and the efficiency of molding machine maintenance. In the future, we will continue to provide products that further contribute to "reducing losses and improving efficiency in molding sites = cost reduction."
