Suitable for Swiss-type CNC automatic lathes! We also introduce processing examples, information, and tools used.
This time, the cutting report introduces the new PT breaker. Processing was done using SC420, which tends to produce long chips. The PT breaker features a two-corner insert with a 50° cutting edge that has not been part of our lineup until now. It is an ideal tool for turning (front cutting) and back turning (rear cutting) on Swiss-type automatic lathes, and the processing video demonstrates excellent chip management. *For detailed content of the column, please refer to the related link.
