This time, the cutting report (Kezurepo) is a mini-series where we conducted internal threading machining and compared the processing of "with breaker" and "without breaker." The workpiece material is S45C, and we used HORN's System 111 inserts for both. The inserts with breakers were newly developed in 2019, but at that time, they were only available for Systems 108 and 114. This year, Systems 111 and 116 have been newly added.
