With the motto of 'not imitating other companies, but being truly original,' we have been engaged in the development of jigs for many years, accommodating everything from prototypes to small and medium production runs.
This time, we would like to introduce the exhibit "Automatic Sorting Supply Machine" that our company produced for the national permanent exhibition hall (which uses physical methods to keep the direction of parts consistent without sensors, etc.). This device first sorts two types of parts (A and B) that are randomly transported from the parts supply machine into two categories, and then aligns the direction of parts A and B to a consistent orientation. After sorting, the parts are returned to the supply machine, and the process is repeated endlessly. (As this is an exhibit, no machining of the sorted parts is performed.) We received a report from the exhibition staff stating, "Visitors have repeatedly stopped to observe, and after the staff's explanation, they continue to show interest in this fascinating exhibit." ◎ We offer a wide range of services, from simple machining requests and small to medium lot machining to machining consulting and prototype consulting. Please feel free to consult with us. ◎ If you have a desired price, please let us know. #nitto-mfg #smalllotmachining #mediumlotmachining #singleitemmachining #prototypeprocessing #generalmachining #RotaryEngine #machiningconsultant #supportfornewproductdevelopment
