[Example] Prevention of resin adhesion in the welding heater block of the packaging bag manufacturing process.
Zero resin adhesion even in high-temperature environments! Achieved 4 months of durability with our uniquely developed surface treatment.
■Issue We want to prevent the adhesion of resin films in a high-temperature environment of up to 180°C. A surface treatment that can accommodate both polypropylene bags and aluminum vapor-deposited bags is necessary. The current treatment has a short lifespan and requires frequent replacements. ■Background The heater block is an important component in the sealing process of packaging bags. When heat is applied to bond the resin film, there is a problem where the resin from the film easily adheres to the surface of the block. The customer tried surface treatments from other companies but did not achieve sufficient results, making the realization of stable non-stick properties and long lifespan urgent. ■Adopted Treatment We developed our unique "TP Coating" and applied it to the surface of the heater block. ■Features - Excellent release properties that prevent resin adhesion - Stable performance even in high-temperature environments - Selection process for the treatment ■Effects - Achieved a lifespan of about 4 months with an operating frequency of 10 times per minute - Reduced cleaning frequency and operational losses by maintaining non-stick properties - Improved operational efficiency of the production line with stable performance under high temperatures For more details, please refer to the catalog or contact us directly.

basic information
The "TP Coating," which is optimal for the release of adhesive materials, improves the "ease of release" of adhered substances by using a technology that roughens the coating surface into a convex shape, thereby reducing the contact area. It achieves a non-stick property that cannot be obtained with conventional Teflon coatings or fluororesin coatings. It demonstrates remarkable release properties (anti-adhesion) even with highly adhesive substances such as unvulcanized rubber, adhesive tapes, and hot melt adhesives. If you have been struggling with transport issues or molding defects caused by adhesive materials, or if you need to reduce maintenance for molds, transport chutes, or rolls, please feel free to consult us. ■ Features - Non-stick and release properties that surpass fluororesin coatings - Anti-adhesion to adhesive materials like molten resins and adhesive tapes - Slip and lubrication properties achieved through a special technology that roughens the coating surface - Compatible with silicone-free applications - Smooth release - Slippery (lubrication) *For more details, please refer to the catalog or contact us directly.
