Purcise Q Membrane is a new anion exchange medium that modifies specific functional groups in cross-linked polymer coatings to achieve the separation and purification of negatively charged components. The Purcise Q Membrane Adsorber (chromatography) medium features large pore channels, allowing larger biomolecules to pass through, while simultaneously enabling convective mass transfer on the channel surface, which facilitates rapid binding to the ligand sites of target molecules. Compared to conventional column chromatography media, the membrane adsorber medium provides high processing flow rates to reduce processing time and has a high dynamic binding capacity for biomolecules (such as plasmid DNA, enveloped viruses, host cell proteins, etc.), which can help reduce processing costs.
