Next Generation Compact Humidity and Temperature Sensor: Sensirion Automotive Climate Seat Sensor (SACS) The SACS series is equipped with high-precision, calibrated digital humidity and temperature sensors, specially designed for automotive applications. It delivers stable high performance and high reliability even in harsh environments. By continuously monitoring the conditions inside the vehicle, it enhances climate control functions and provides a consistently comfortable environment for passengers. The SACS sensor is integrated within the seat structure (above the cushion and just below the cover material) to measure temperature and humidity in real-time, very close to the passengers. This measurement data is sent to the HVAC controller and utilized for optimal seat ventilation control.
