Reverse Bias Test
- This is a durability test in which a bias is applied in a direction that makes it difficult for current to flow between the collector-emitter and drain-source of power devices under high temperature or high temperature and humidity conditions. - During the test, the leakage current is monitored over time, allowing observation of behavior until insulation breakdown occurs. - It is compatible with various standards such as AQG324 and JEITA ED-4701.
