We possess various analytical instruments such as SIMS, TEM, XRD, ICP-MS, GC/MS, AES, SEM, and EPMA, and we meet your analytical needs. Please feel free to consult with us. ◆ Business Areas ◆ 1. Fundamental research and analysis/evaluation of materials in the field of science and technology. 2. Fundamental research and analysis/evaluation in the fields of semiconductors, physiological chemistry, bio-related fields, and various advanced fields. 3. Recognition and support for research institutions or individuals in related fields both domestically and internationally as outlined in items 1 and 2. 4. Publication of research results as outlined in items 1 and 2, or support for publication. 5. Investigation of related fields both domestically and internationally as outlined in items 1 and 2. 6. Implementation and support of training related to the fields outlined in items 1 and 2, or operation of training institutes. 7. Other necessary projects to achieve the objectives.
