The irradiation panel, though small, enables extensive heating using the characteristics of near-infrared radiation. Equipped with a radiation temperature sensor, the heater panel measures the temperature of the coated surface and automatically maintains optimal output. You can choose from three drying modes: silver paint drying, drying of other paint colors, and putty drying. We provide optimal drying according to the situation. You can select either "automatic output" using the radiation temperature sensor or "manual output" based on a set output value. You can freely choose the method according to your application. The control box with an easy-to-use LCD screen allows you to easily set your preferred drying settings. Halogen lamps have a unique phenomenon called "inrush current," which significantly shortens their lifespan. To prevent this phenomenon, we have adopted a soft start function, extending the lifespan of the halogen lamps, making them a long-lasting choice. We have developed an intuitive and easy-to-understand lift lever that allows for easy adjustment of the heater panel's position. It is much lighter compared to our other models, providing excellent operability. Additionally, it is priced as a low-cost option among heaters of the same class.
