We would like to introduce our Wide Press IPXII. The Wide Press IPXII achieves high precision, high efficiency, and stable operation over long periods. Equipped with a die height counter, it allows for easy adjustment of the shut height. The bolster size is 360mm x 2500mm, enabling simultaneous and continuous pressing of multiple molds. Its box-type frame structure provides high rigidity, and the one-piece molded crankshaft enhances shaft rigidity. The synchronized drive of two crankshafts has also improved the accuracy of the left and right bottom dead centers. The timing belt drive significantly reduces noise.
