N 630 SERIES PROCESS VACUUM PUMPS AND COMPRESSORS

- Maximum allowable discharge pressure: 7 bar (0.7 MPa) *The double diaphragm .12 specification is 3 bar - Basic flow rate: 30 l/min (50Hz) / 35 l/min (60Hz) - Corrosion-resistant specification: SUS / PTFE - Robust design that withstands tough operating conditions - Leak-tight specification: .9 specification: 6 x 10-3 mbar x l/s .13 specification / .12 specification: 6 x 10-5 mbar x l/s - By providing water cooling piping, it can be used up to a maximum allowable ambient temperature of 60°C and a maximum allowable gas temperature of 60°C.
