N 630.1.2 SERIES PROCESS VACUUM PUMPS AND COMPRESSORS

- Maximum allowable discharge pressure: 7 bar (0.7 MPa) - Basic flow rate: 58 l/min (50Hz) / 68 l/min (60Hz) - Corrosion-resistant specification: SUS / PTFE - Robust design that withstands tough operating conditions - Leak-tight specifications: .9 specification: 6 x 10^-3 mbar x l/s, .13 specification / .12 specification: 6 x 10^-5 mbar x l/s - By using water cooling piping, it can be used at a maximum allowable ambient temperature of 60°C and a maximum allowable gas temperature of 60°C.
