The following tests are available. *In accordance with the Consumer Affairs Agency notification law. ■ELISA Method This method detects specific proteins for each item through antigen-antibody reactions. It has been reported that false positive reactions may occur depending on the type and nature of the sample, and confirmation tests are conducted as necessary. ■PCR Method This method detects specific DNA for each item. In tests related to items with labeling obligations, it is used as a confirmation test (qualitative test) when a positive reaction is obtained with the ELISA method. For items recommended for labeling, many analytical methods based on this method can also be seen. ■Western Blot Method While it also detects through antigen-antibody reactions like the ELISA method, it has higher specificity due to the information obtained about molecular weight, making false positives less likely to occur. 【Features】 Our company has independently developed tests for food allergens such as "orange" and "gelatin (pork-derived)." In addition to individual requests for items such as wheat and soybeans, we can conduct comprehensive and efficient testing of food allergens. ★More accurate protein measurement with additive recovery testing If you want to measure protein concentration more accurately for individual samples, we can also propose additive recovery testing. In additive recovery testing, we will report the total protein concentration in the sample, recovery rate, evaluation of the recovery rate, and concentration after correction for recovery rate.
