Here are the effects of this implementation. ■ Reasons for adopting WIRE CAM DX We considered that by displaying work instructions on a monitor and having employees follow them, even those with little experience could perform wiring tasks, and that the transfer of skills from veteran employees to younger ones could be smoother.
