To interior material manufacturers, we propose an intermediate material that uniformly disperses hard-to-mix components and will introduce examples of how we have resolved issues related to defects and decreased production efficiency. In the company, undispersed materials in the mixture were causing defects such as appearance issues and reduced physical properties. We proposed a paste-like intermediate material that uniformly disperses hard-to-mix components through careful selection of equipment and formulation.
