[Case Study of Electronic Contract Service] Tottori Prefectural Office

We would like to introduce the case study of the electronic contract service "WAN-Sign" implemented at the Tottori Prefectural Office. In the past, many administrative procedures were conducted using paper documents. This required space for storage of documents, making it a struggle to find the necessary paperwork. After implementation, within about three months, over 300 contracts, primarily contracts and acknowledgments, were digitized using this service. The process that previously took at least five days to receive contracts—sent by mail after binding and returned with seals—has now become immediate.
