Industry-leading processing time With an unprecedented spindle rotation speed of 6,000 rpm, our ultra-high-speed honing unit significantly reduces processing time compared to conventional machines. 2. High productivity for varied and flexible production The realization of ultra-high-speed processing greatly improves productivity per unit. It can flexibly accommodate both mass production and small-batch, diverse production. 3. Achieving high-speed processing in high L/D areas By providing appropriate frictional force to the vibration-damping fixture and suppressing vibrations, we maintain ultra-high precision while achieving ultra-high-speed processing. This enables ultra-high-speed processing in high L/D areas, which were previously time-consuming and difficult to process. L/D: The ratio of hole length to hole diameter.
