Our honing technology dramatically improves the processing efficiency of small diameter, high L/D, and high precision holes, achieving honing that is overwhelmingly more precise and efficient than other processing methods. We have adopted an oscillation motion from above and below, enabling even faster processing than conventional machines with our ultra-high-speed honing unit. A vibration-damping device suppresses vibrations that become a bottleneck in the ultra-high-speed processing area. By integrating these two cutting-edge technologies, we have created a groundbreaking honing machine that achieves ultra-high precision and ultra-high-speed processing, which was previously unattainable.

Covers processing diameters from φ3 to φ25, with a processing length of up to 80mm. There are three key points! 1. Industry-leading processing time With an unprecedented spindle rotation speed of 6,000 rpm, our ultra-high-speed honing unit significantly reduces processing time compared to conventional machines. 2. High productivity for varied and flexible production The realization of ultra-high-speed processing greatly improves productivity per unit. It can flexibly accommodate both mass production and small-batch, diverse production. 3. Achieving high-speed processing in high L/D areas By providing appropriate frictional force to the vibration-damping fixture and suppressing vibrations, we maintain ultra-high precision while achieving ultra-high-speed processing. This enables ultra-high-speed processing in high L/D areas, which were previously time-consuming and difficult to process. L/D: The ratio of hole length to hole diameter.
