"Vega" is a deep ultraviolet mask sterilizer that utilizes the reliable deep ultraviolet LED technology from Stanley Electric. Inside the device, the arrangement of the LEDs has been carefully designed to uniformly and sufficiently irradiate the mask with deep ultraviolet light at a wavelength of 265nm in a short amount of time. Additionally, it features an internal shape that allows for natural placement of the mask in a concave form for ease of use.
